About AETHERA

Leigh Baker

Founder & CEO | Energy Alignment Strategist

Leigh Baker is the founder and CEO of AETHERA, a systems architecture firm focused on aligning energy, infrastructure, and human behavior to create long-term efficiency, resilience, and economic clarity.

After observing years of fragmented energy decisions—driven by sales incentives, disconnected upgrades, and short-term thinking—Leigh recognized that most systems don’t fail because of missing technology, but because no one is responsible for designing how everything works together.

AETHERA was created to fill that gap.

Leigh operates as a neutral architect, not a vendor or broker. The work centers on understanding entire systems— how energy flows, how infrastructure interacts, how people use resources, and how decisions made today affect long-term outcomes. From that perspective, Leigh designs coherent architectures that allow technologies, partners, and solutions to function as a unified whole.

The focus is not on selling products, but on creating clarity, accountability, and alignment for homeowners, business owners, developers, and communities whose systems matter beyond the next billing cycle.

Leigh’s approach is grounded in structure, foresight, and long-term thinking—helping decision-makers move from reactive choices to intentional, well-designed systems.

Neutral, vendor-agnostic architecture (no product selling)
Systems thinking that connects energy + infrastructure + behavior
Long-term clarity, resilience, and accountability (not short-term patches)
